Helpful Hints for the New Online Security System and the Telephone Management System:
Your Username should not have any dashes.
Your Password must be four digits.
The number to call to manage your visitors over the phone is: 1-321-234-1425
Your username and password are used for Gatesure online AND for Gatesure by phone.
If the number you are calling from does NOT match your username phone number the system will ask for both your username and password.
To go to Gatesure online (and manage your visitors), click on the Gatesure tab to the left, click on the purple tab and enter your login information.
If you are getting a blank window, you need to check your browser settings.

As Of July 31 Your Old Clicker Will No Longer Work and Your Gatesure Security Logins are Now Available
On July 31 the New RFID system will be in effect at the gates. If you do not have an RFID tag by that date, you will still have access through the non-resident lane. Residents will need to make an appointment with Terri Grace via the RFID Reservation tab to your left to reserve a specific date (then click on the "Submit" tab to start and enter your date and time request) or email Terri at keenespointehoa@gmail.com. You will receive an email saying that you will need to bring vehicle registrations to show that your vehicle is connected to you, as a resident in Keenes Pointe. Secondly, you will be given a login to your own private security area. You will need to login and update any information that is there, BEFORE YOU MEET WITH TERRI. Finally, you will need to have paid your dues. Please click on the security tab to the left to get additional information.
The new access control system and the automated voice management system is now active. Please click on the security tab on the left to get your Gatesure username and password. You will need to have a Keenes Pointe Login to the web site to do this. Your username and password are used for access online and to your voice management system, either of which may be used to manage your visitor traffic.
